Specifications

Curtain
Super Span constructed of two part extruded aluminium hinges 50mm x 25mm.

Consecutive hinges connected by 75mm wide x 60mm high links spaced at no more than 1275mm centres. The section created can be glazed with 4.5mm acrylic or perforated aluminium infills with 42% free airflow offering an overall free airflow of 21.5%. Hinge ends are fitted with nylon end clips for smooth performance and prevention of lateral movement.

Side Guide
103mm x 41 mm extruded aluminium with schlegal nylofelt buffer for quiet operation.

Locking
Doors are generally motorised, but can be fitted with standard two point locking.

Bottom Rail
Superspan – 60mm x 23mm extruded box section for full width with 50mm extruded bottom panel interlocking the above to form a tee.

Brackets
Manufactured from 10mm mild steel.

Roller Drum
Manufactured from 219mm seamless tube attached to self-lubricating bearings rotating on a 35mm steel shaft. The shaft shall be fitted with helical springs designed to counterbalance the curtain weight throughout its operation. The drum shall be designed to give minimum deflection over the span.

Mullions
May be incorporated to suit individual or multiple openings.
